Call us -- we do personal training at Gibsons and Sechelt Recreation Centres or can structure your workout for your home with as little or as much equipment as you have! Please call for rates.

Open Gym Times are complimentary for current clients; $5 drop-in for guests (guests are welcome after at least one previous personal training session at The Garage)
